We ship Australia wide and internationally.
All orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days once your order has been processed. You will receive an updated email once your order has been shipped.

Australian & New Zealand customers
Orders over $60 enjoy free domestic shipping for Australian metropolitan areas.
Standard shipping time is 2-6 days for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA ACT. Allow extra time for Rural areas. A $8 flat rate shipping applies for orders under $60.
Express shipping - from $15 for next day shipping. Rural areas can take up to 2 days.
For New Zealand - Standard shipping is 6-10 days. Shipping from $12 applies. Express shipping: 2-5 days from $30
Please note - we are unable to deliver to PO boxes - physical street addresses must be provided. All orders are current "ATL - Authority To Leave" unless specified by you. This means the courier will place your order in a "safe" location on your premises.
Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at contact@justkindco.com with your order number. Our team will get back to you with an update.
International customers

International shipping
Shipping times once dispatched is 3-21 business days dependent on location.
Note: price may fluctuate during busy seasons and price from postal services.
USA, UK, and CANADA - shipping from $30. Express shipping available.
Asia - shipping from $25. Express shipping available.
Rest of the world - shipping from $30. Express shipping available.

Just Kind co is not responsible for customs fees determined by government regulations. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information. Shipping fees are associated with your delivery courier, not customs regulations.
Inaccurate address information
Ensure you review all your details correctly before submitting your order. Please notify us immediately via email contact@justkindco.com if there is any incorrect information with your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Not all orders are guaranteed for any changes, once orders are shipped, you are unable to make any changes to your order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Just Kind co is not liable for any incorrect information provided by you for incorrect delivery information. If the package is returned to Just Kind co due to incorrect or unsuccessful delivery provided by you, then you may be responsible for redelivery costs.
Returns
We carefully inspect and check each order before sending them to you, if for any reason your order is defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately at contact@justkindco.com. To be eligible for a return or replacement all products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and returned in original packaging.
