At Just Kind co we believe self care is valuable to help reduce stress, boost your confidence and help you feel comfortable being you. As we are spending more time at home, we know it’s so important to keep a routine and give yourself time to rest and relax. 

A self-care routine makes you feel good. It goes beyond caring for your physical health, it includes your emotional and mental health. Throughout the week, try to focus on rewarding yourself amongst your busy everyday life to help bring you closer to your goals and focus on yourself.

To help with this, we’ve compiled a list of our favourite self-care rituals at Just Kind co HQ to add to your self-care rituals. Here are some tips to add to your dailly, weekly, nightly rituals. 

Maximise your me-time to bring out your best self! 

Start your day with lemon water 🧊🍋

Hydrate your body in the morning with water and lemon to help eliminate toxins from your body. It’s proven to be great for your skin as lemon is a great source of vitamin c, vitamin A, folate and potassium. Vitamin C is a powerful source of antioxidants and aids to help reduce wrinkling, dry skin and damage from the sun.

Stay active & spend some time outside ☀️

Keep your body moving to increase blood flow through the body. Being inside all day or working all day stuck to a computer we sometimes forget to move our body. Try to go for a walk, do some yoga, have a workout or simply stretch and meditate to get your body moving and relieve some tension. Keeping active releases endorphins and increases feelings of happiness and helps with reducing stress.
